Hi, I'm Jordan and this is my wife Marianne. I help contractors get more customers.

I started First-Five because from working with contractors I noticed that they are often bad at two things: technology, and communication. Those two things happen to be my two biggest strengths, having a background in both.

There are two areas I've seen contractors get the most help from — technology (a fast, high converting, SEO optimized website, missed-call text-back, a real inbox that catches everything) and communication (asking for reviews at the right moment, following up after the job, staying in front of past customers). That's what I build.
